The Univpm Student Ambassador Programme is a dynamic and engaging initiative aimed at enhancing the internationalisation of the student community at Università Politecnica delle Marche (Univpm). It serves as a bridge between prospective students, current students, and the university, offering a warm and supportive environment to ease the transition into academic and social life at Univpm.
Through this programme, prospective and new students gain first-hand insights into academics, campus life, cultural experiences, and administrative procedures, directly from students who have navigated the same path.
The mission of the Student Ambassador Programme is to:
- Promote Univpm: Increase awareness of Univpm’s academic excellence, research opportunities, and vibrant student life among both international and domestic students, fostering a diverse and inclusive university community.
- Provide Peer Support: Assist prospective and newly enrolled students by offering guidance and sharing personal experiences to make their transition to university smoother.
- Facilitate Student Integration: Help students adapt seamlessly to Univpm by offering support with academic requirements, administrative procedures, social integration, and cultural adaptation.
🌍 International Student Support – By sharing personal experiences and offering information, language assistance, cultural guidance, and study tips, ambassadors help international students to complete their admission and adapt to their new surroundings with confidence.
🎉 In the next future, we plan to organize small events and social community initiatives to help international students to foster a supportive and welcoming university environment!
Hi, I’m Katty! I’m a master’s student in Biomedical Engineering at UNIVPM, originally from Iran. My journey here has been an exciting mix of academic growth, cultural exchange, and personal discovery. I chose UNIVPM for its strong academic programs, and Ancona quickly became my peaceful little corner of the world—far from the chaos of big cities.
Alongside my studies, I work as an English teacher and enjoy helping others, especially international students, find their path and feel at home. I also manage content for the Student Ambassador program’s social media, combining my love for creativity, communication, and community.
Being a Student Ambassador gives me the opportunity to connect with students from all backgrounds and share tips, support, and a few smiles along the way. Outside of class, I enjoy writing, exploring new cultures, and spending time with children—they always remind me of the joy in simple things.

Hi, I’m Carina! I’m currently studying medicine and biomedical engineering at UNIVPM. I’m passionate about people, global health, and using creativity—whether through photography, storytelling, or volunteering—to make a difference.
In the past, I’ve worked on grant writing for a nonprofit, tutored science to students back home in India, and volunteered with the Italian Red Cross. Being a Student Ambassador gives me the chance to meet amazing people from all over the world and help make our campus feel like home.
Outside of studying, I love taking photos, riding horses, and finding joy in the little things.
